You shall not use our services to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we believe your actions violate our Terms or harm our company or clients.

3. Project Terms and Communication

All project discussions, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be agreed upon before the start of the project. You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for project execution. Communication regarding projects will be conducted via official channels such as email or project management tools.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments: All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation and timeline before the commencement of work or as specified in the invoice.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once a project has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Delays in Payment: Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of services or delay in project delivery.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, graphics, source code, and materials created by Codinity Technology remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment completion, ownership of the final deliverables (excluding proprietary tools, frameworks, or plugins) will be transferred to the client.

Clients are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our copyrighted materials without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any business information, data, or project-related materials shared with Codinity Technology will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for project execution purposes.

7. Revisions and Modifications

Revisions or modifications to a project must be requested in writing. Minor revisions are usually included in the service package, but major changes or additional features may incur extra charges. All modifications are subject to mutual agreement between both parties.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

Some projects may involve third-party tools, APIs, or services (such as hosting, plugins, or payment gateways). Codinity Technology is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or cost of third-party services. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts and renewals.

9. Limitation of Liability

Codinity Technology will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from delays, system failures, or technical issues beyond our control.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project or service with prior written notice. In case of termination, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the termination date. All payments due must be cleared before the termination process is finalized.

11. Changes to the Terms

Codinity Technology reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
